On how I ended up interning not so far from the Embassy of Luxembourg in Washington

Hello, planet.

It’s been a while since I last wrote an entry in my Luxembourg dual-citizenship blog. I’ve been busy because I recently got an internship in Washington, D.C.

My reaction to the news:

Here’s how far I am from the Embassy of Luxembourg, “A” being my workplace and “B” being the Embassy.

And here’s how far I am from the White House.

Details will be posted tomorrow.

  1. How great living in Washington at this time in history.. Who are you interning for ? What will you be doing beside having the time of your life.. Next week Uncle Jer and I will be going door to door for Obama…. At our age and the heat I don’t know how many doors but , we will give it a good try .. Love Uncle Jer & Aunt Bev

    • I’m interning for a foreign policy nonprofit on K Street. I’ll probably spend most of my time looking for free things to do! It’s not the cheapest town in the world, as I’m sure you’re well aware. Good luck with campaigning, but most importantly, stay hydrated and safe. Now that I’m closer to you guys, I’d love to come and visit.
